TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of badcrowd.live and related Bad Crowd services. By using Bad Crowd, you agree to these Terms.

These are launch-stage Terms intended for Bad Crowd’s initial discovery, account, Saved, Stage Time, and feedback features. We expect to review and expand these Terms as Bad Crowd adds additional contact-information intake, creator tools, notifications, payments, community features, and other functionality.

1. BAD CROWD SERVICE

Bad Crowd is a comedy discovery platform intended to help users discover comedy shows, comics, venues, Stage Time opportunities, and related information.

Bad Crowd may also provide accounts, Saved items, feedback tools, links to third-party ticketing services, and other features.

Features may change, be added, removed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time.

2. INFORMATION AND LISTING ACCURACY

We work to provide useful and current information, but comedy schedules, ticket availability, venues, performers, open mics, submission requirements, pricing, and event details can change.

Bad Crowd does not guarantee that every listing, date, time, venue, ticket link, comic appearance, Stage Time opportunity, or other piece of information is complete, current, or error-free.

You should confirm important details with the applicable venue, organizer, ticketing provider, comic, or other original source before relying on them.

3. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Bad Crowd may link to third-party ticket sellers, venues, comics, social platforms, event organizers, and other websites or services.

Bad Crowd does not control those third parties and is not responsible for:

  • Their content, availability, policies, or practices.
  • Purchases, refunds, fees, ticket terms, or transactions.
  • Changes to event details.
  • Products, services, representations, or actions of third parties.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the applicable third party’s terms and policies.

4. ACCOUNTS

Some Bad Crowd features may require an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when reasonably necessary for account operation and not to impersonate another person or misuse another person’s account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or material violations of these Terms.

5. SAVED ITEMS AND PERSONALIZATION

Bad Crowd may allow you to save shows, comics, venues, Stage Time opportunities, or other items.

Saved information is provided as a convenience. We do not guarantee that saved content will remain available indefinitely or that a saved listing will remain accurate, active, or available.

Future recommendations, notifications, or personalization may be based in part on your Saved activity or other product interactions.

6. FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS

You may choose to send feedback, corrections, ideas, or other messages to Bad Crowd.

By submitting feedback, you give Bad Crowd permission to use that feedback to operate, improve, develop, or promote the service without owing compensation to you.

Do not submit confidential information, passwords, payment information, private third-party information, or other sensitive content through general feedback forms.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  • Use Bad Crowd for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or infrastructure.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service.
  • Circumvent security, rate limits, access controls, or technical protections.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect information in a manner that materially burdens the service or violates applicable law.
  • Use automated systems to abuse forms, accounts, APIs, or site functionality.
  • Impersonate others or submit knowingly false or misleading information.
  • Use Bad Crowd to infringe the rights of others.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Bad Crowd’s site design, branding, software, original written content, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Bad Crowd and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party names, logos, event information, venue information, comic information, trademarks, images, and other materials may belong to their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Bad Crowd intellectual property.

9. NO TICKETING OR EVENT GUARANTEE

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Bad Crowd is not the ticket seller, event promoter, venue operator, or performer for listings shown on the service.

Bad Crowd is not responsible for canceled events, schedule changes, ticket availability, admission decisions, refunds, venue rules, performer changes, or event experiences.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Bad Crowd is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, complete, current, accurate, or error-free.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bad Crowd and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, any liability will be limited to the amount you paid directly to Bad Crowd for the applicable service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bad Crowd and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

13. TERMINATION

You may stop using Bad Crowd at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of Bad Crowd when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or violations of these Terms.

14. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE OR TERMS

Bad Crowd will continue to evolve. We may update these Terms as features, business models, legal requirements, or service practices change.

When material revisions are made, we may update the effective date above or provide other notice as appropriate.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to Bad Crowd’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The specific legal entity, address, venue, and dispute-resolution provisions should be reviewed and finalized as Bad Crowd’s company structure and public launch details are completed.
